MSLA Bookmark Contest

Every year, the Massachusetts School Library Association (MSLA) hosts a bookmark contest for students in grades K - 12 to celebrate school libraries and the programs and services they offer. Students are invited to design a bookmark around a theme chosen by the MSLA. This year's theme is "Look what I discovered at my school library!". While designing your bookmark, think about the following questions:

  • What new and exciting things have you been doing at your school library?
  • How has your librarian helped your school library to keep up with the 21st century?
  • What has been your favorite experience?
  • What makes our library special?
Think about the other things our library offers besides books; the 3D printer, online and electronic resources, a Makerspace, interlibrary loan from area libraries, access to e-books, and more.

See Mrs. Klemm or Ms. Zell to pick up an entry form or click here to print one from home! Entries must be submitted to Mrs. Klemm by January 30, 2015.
