YALSA (the Young Adult Library Services Association) announced its Top Ten List for 2013. The Teens' Top Ten is a "teen choice" list, where teens nominate and choose their favorite books of the previous year! Nominators are members of teen book groups in sixteen school and public libraries around the country.
This year's winners are:

- The False Prince by Jennifer A. Nielsen
- Insurgent by Veronica Roth
- Pushing the Limits by Katie McGarry
- Poison Princess by Kresley Cole
- The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater
- Crewel by Gennifer Albin
- Every Day by David Levithan
- Kill Me Softly by Sarah Cross
- Butter by Erin Jade Lange
